  Over priced. Rude, unpleasant staff particularly at the food counters. Ques are poorly managed and the more popular rides have long waiting times. Take wet shoes as the walkways get very hot in the sun.

  Apart from this, the park is OK. It was very busy and wait times were excessive. Food prices on site are bordering on extorsion (suggest bring your own).

  Very nice, clean and safe water park. Please do this with your children as soon as you get here. Then come back in the end of your vacation for half the price. Food and drinks where good and reasonable prices.

  Having returned to Aqualand for a fun day out our young son took a fall. He tripped over a concealed plastic water pipe which was raised above ground level in a grassy area. It wasn't highlighted in any way, and was positioned right next to a concrete area, which is where our son hit the floor. We took him to the first aid area, and told the staff what had happened.

  Aqualand clearly didn't care about the incident, didn't care that it had spoilt our day, weren't interested as to where the danger was - or make any arrangements to make safe the pipe.

  They charge for the car park which baffled me, why it isn't included in the ticket price because you wouldn't park there unless you were visiting the park. You also pay for the sun beds and the lockers so be prepared to keep putting your hand in your pocket.

  Very good but expensive, the fast pass is a must if you can stretch your budget because the queues are frustrating when you see fast pass people running up 2 or 3 times on a ride whilst you are still queuing for the one ride.
